What is Port Listener and what does it do?

Port Listener is a free Windows utility that listens on any TCP port you specify and displays live connection details in real time. When a remote host connects, it shows the source IP address, source port number, payload data, and connection status.

It automatically detects HTTP requests and responds with a valid HTML page. Raw TCP connections receive a plain-text welcome message. Download it from Port Listener.
