How do I start listening on a port?

Launch listener.exe, enter a TCP port number in the port field, and click Start Listening. Port Listener will immediately begin monitoring that port for incoming connections.

You can also pass the port number on the command line (e.g., listener.exe 8080) to auto-start listening and minimize to the system tray.
