Do I need administrator rights to run Port Listener?

No. Port Listener runs under standard user accounts without requiring elevated privileges. No UAC prompts and no IT ticket required.

However, when Windows Firewall prompts you to allow network access, you should allow both public and private network access so that remote machines can connect to the port.
