I have lost my password, what can I do?
You must the latest version use these instructions. If you do not, visit our security section to acquire the latest version.
Click on the Start Button.
Click on Run.
Type in "C:\{where ever black is located}\black.exe" setup
This will force the program into the setup, where you can then enter a new password.
