Is RJL System Cleaner safe to use?

Yes. Safety is the core design principle of RJL System Cleaner. Here is how it protects you:

• Safety ratings on every file -- Every item found during a scan gets a color-coded rating: Safe (green), Caution (yellow), or Review (orange). You see the rating before anything is deleted.
• System Restore point -- Before cleaning, the app automatically creates a Windows System Restore point. If anything does not feel right afterward, you can roll back using Windows System Restore.
• Review gate -- Items rated "Review" get a separate confirmation step with specific warnings before they are included in any clean operation. You must explicitly approve them.
• Nothing is deleted without your permission -- The app scans first, shows you everything, and waits. A confirmation dialog summarizes what will be removed before you proceed.
• Locked files are skipped -- If a file is in use by another program, the app skips it and continues. No errors, no crashes.
• Recycle Bin option -- You can enable "Move to Recycle Bin" in Settings so cleaned files can be recovered if needed.
• No registry cleaning -- We intentionally do not include a registry cleaner because they are known to cause more problems than they solve.

Even if every checkbox is checked, your system will boot and function normally after cleaning. The app cannot brick your computer.
