What files does RJL System Cleaner delete?

RJL System Cleaner targets four categories of files that are safe to remove and typically serve no ongoing purpose:

Browser Data -- Cached website files, cookies, browsing history, download history, session data, and form autofill data for Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave, and Opera. Saved passwords and bookmarks are never touched.

Windows System Files -- Temporary files from your apps, Windows temporary files, Windows Update download cache, installer patch cache, thumbnail and icon preview images, font rendering cache, crash reports, diagnostic logs, Recycle Bin contents, system crash dumps, Windows Update sharing cache, previous Windows installation (Windows.old), DNS resolver cache, and clipboard contents.

Application Data -- Cache files from Visual Studio Code, Discord, Steam, Spotify, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Microsoft Office recent file lists, Adobe Reader cache, VLC art cache, and temp extraction folders from 7-Zip and WinRAR. Only installed applications are shown.

Privacy Traces -- Recently opened files list, Run dialog command history, Windows search history, Open/Save dialog history, recent documents, taskbar jump lists, and mapped network drives history.

The built-in duplicate file scanner also checks your Documents, Downloads, Desktop, Pictures, Music, and Videos folders for identical copies of files.

Every item includes a safety rating so you know exactly what you are deleting and why it is safe to remove.
