What do the safety ratings (Safe, Caution, Review) mean in RJL System...

Every file or item that RJL System Cleaner finds during a scan receives one of three safety ratings:

Safe (green) -- Always safe to delete. These are files like old temporary files, expired caches, crash reports, and browser cached images. Deleting them has no negative effect on your computer. Windows or your applications will silently recreate them if needed. These items are pre-selected for cleaning by default.

Caution (yellow) -- Mostly safe but may have minor side effects. Examples include browser cookies (deleting them logs you out of websites), recent temporary files (less than 7 days old that might still be needed), and your Recycle Bin contents. These items are not selected by default -- you turn them on only if you want to.

Review (orange) -- Could affect Windows behavior temporarily. Examples include the Windows Update download cache, font rendering cache, and browser form autofill data. These items require extra attention: they get a separate confirmation dialog with specific warnings before they are included in any clean, and they start unchecked even in the scan results. You must explicitly approve each one.

The app never offers to delete anything truly dangerous. There is no red or danger rating because the app simply does not target critical system files.
