There are two reasons a cleaning option might be grayed out:
1. Not running as Administrator. System-level cleaners (system temp files, Windows Update cache, prefetch, font cache, etc.) require Administrator privileges. If you see these grayed out, close the app, right-click the .exe, and select "Run as administrator."
2. Application not installed. The app only shows cleaning options for browsers and applications that are actually installed on your computer. If Chrome is not installed, you will not see a Chrome option. This is by design -- you should never see an option for something that does not exist on your machine.
