After a scan, if the duplicate finder discovers wasted space, you have three options:
Option 1: Register and clean automatically. Visit RJL System Cleaner and register for $19.99. Replace your .exe with the registered version. Run a scan and click "Remove Duplicates." The app keeps the original copy of each file and removes the extras. This is the fastest and safest method.
Option 2: Clean duplicates manually for free. The free version shows you every duplicate file path. You can open Windows Explorer, navigate to the duplicate locations, and delete the extra copies yourself. This takes more time but costs nothing.
Option 3: Ignore it. Duplicate files do not harm your computer. They just waste disk space. If disk space is not an issue for you, there is no urgency to clean them.
If you are unsure, start with Option 2 for a few of the largest duplicates. Once you see how much space you recover, you may decide the $19.99 registration is worth it for the convenience of one-click cleaning.
