How do I use DelayExec?
Run DelayExec from the command line with the following syntax:
delayexec.exe [filename] [delay in seconds] -min -max
For example:
delayexec.exe "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OUTLOOK.EXE" 60 -max
This waits 60 seconds and then launches Outlook maximized.
