Can I change how often the mouse freezes?

Yes. By default, Dirty Mouse freezes the cursor every 20 seconds. You can customize this using a command-line parameter. For example, DIRTY.EXE 10 sets the freeze interval to every 10 seconds, and DIRTY.EXE 5 makes it freeze every 5 seconds for maximum frustration.
