Simply extract the ZIP file and double-click the executable. DownHoax will immediately display a fake Internet Explorer download dialog and begin its simulated download. You can optionally specify a transfer speed as a command-line parameter, for example: downhoax.exe 259 to simulate a download at approximately 259 kb/sec.
