Can I control how fast the fake download runs?

Yes. You can specify a simulated transfer rate using a command-line parameter. For example, running downhoax.exe 259 will simulate a download at approximately 259 kb/sec. A slower speed means the fake download takes longer to complete, giving you more time to enjoy the victim's reaction. If you do not specify a speed, DownHoax uses a default rate.
