How do I run Fake Start Menu 95?

Simply double-click the .exe file. Fake Start Menu 95 will immediately overlay a fake Windows 95 taskbar on your screen. The fake taskbar looks realistic but does not respond to any user interaction, which is the prank -- the person thinks their Start Menu is broken.
