Is Gas Gripe a traditional prank or more of a humor program?

Gas Gripe is more of a humor program than a hidden prank. Unlike most RJL Pranks that run secretly on someone's computer, Gas Gripe is meant to be watched and enjoyed openly. It is the kind of thing you pull up to show coworkers during a break or share with friends who are complaining about gas prices.
