What rights do user's need for the message log file?
In order for Message Manager Deluxe to successfully write to the message log file the user who is executing the loadmsg.exe program needs to have at least READ and WRITE rights to the log file. If they do not have the appropriate rights you will not find the users entry in the message log file.
