Use the /c parameter to specify a configuration file:
/c
message.exe /c"[path to config file]"
Example: "c:\RJL Message\message.exe" /c"c:\RJL Message\msg1.cfg"
"c:\RJL Message\message.exe" /c"c:\RJL Message\msg1.cfg"
