What makes Mime Mouse such a good prank?

Mime Mouse is maddening because the victim can see and move their cursor, but it keeps getting stuck for no visible reason. There are no walls, no borders, no error messages -- just an invisible barrier that makes no sense. The victim will think their mouse is broken, their mousepad is too small, or Windows is glitching. The "invisible box" concept is both hilarious and incredibly frustrating.
