What is the best way to set up Mouse Move on someone's computer?

Wait for the victim to step away, then run Mouse Move and configure it with moderate intervals and reasonable spacing. You want the cursor jumps to happen often enough to be annoying but not so frequently that the victim immediately suspects a program. Once configured, Mouse Move hides itself and runs in the background. When the victim returns, their cursor will start wandering on its own.
