The setup screen for Mouse Move will appear only if there is no mousemove.ini file in the current directory. If you want to enter the setup, you must delete the mousemove.ini file first.
If you do not have a mousemove.ini file and when you run mousemove.exe nothing appears --- you have an old version. Download the latest version of Mouse Move to ensure you are up to date.
