Is Net Send Lite free?

Net Send Lite is a freemium product. The free version lets you send messages to individual users and groups, use the chat interface, and manage your user list. However, the free version has a message length limitation and includes a splash screen on startup and shutdown. Registration ($19.99) removes these limitations and unlocks additional features.
