Can I autorun a file that does not have a file extension?

Yes, only if you use the Command Line option within the AutoRun File Properties to load the file with no extension into another viewer.

If you do not use the Command Line option, then AutoRun Wizard uses the extention (example: .doc) to determine the file type of the file. Without this extension AutoRun Wizard does not know what program to open the file with.
