How can I create a Base Folder?
The "base folder" is nothing more than another directory on your computer
where you store ALL of the files/folders you want to put on the CD-ROM.
Imagine the "base folder" as being the root or base of the CD-ROM you want
to create.
Once you have created this "base folder", copy all of the files and folders you want to put on the cd-rom. Pretend like the "base folder" is your cd-rom and you want to copy the files there.
