How do I use Open/Close CD?

Open/Close CD is controlled from the command line using this syntax:

OPEN_CD.EXE {open|close} {drive letter} {program path}

• open -- Ejects the CD-ROM tray
• close -- Retracts the CD-ROM tray
• drive letter -- Optional. Specify a drive letter (e.g., d, e) to target a specific CD-ROM drive
• program path -- Optional. Path to a program to launch after the drive action completes
