Does Open/Close CD work with modern computers that have no CD-ROM...

Open/Close CD requires a CD-ROM, DVD, or other optical disc drive to function. If your computer does not have an optical drive, the program will have no drive to control. However, it may still work with external USB optical drives connected to your system.
