What are the Fit and Fill display modes?

Fit and Fill are display modes available on Windows 7 and higher. Fit scales the wallpaper to fit within the screen while keeping the original aspect ratio, which may leave borders. Fill scales the image to completely fill the screen while maintaining the aspect ratio, which may crop the edges. Both options prevent distortion, unlike the Stretched mode.
