Extract the ZIP file and double-click the executable. By default, Screen Screw will change the screen's color tint every 10 seconds. You can customize the interval using a command-line parameter:
screenscrew.exe [seconds]
Example: screenscrew.exe 5 changes the color every 5 seconds.
