Why does my screen have a weird color tint that keeps changing?

If your entire screen has an odd color tint that keeps shifting to different colors, someone may have run Screen Screw on your computer. To stop it, move your mouse pointer to the top-left corner of the screen. You can also open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and end the process.
