Can I still use my computer while Shakedown is running?

Technically yes, but practically no. The violent shaking makes it extremely difficult to click on icons, read text, or interact with anything on screen. That is the whole point of the prank. However, you can always press any key or click the mouse to close Shakedown and regain full control.
