Does Shutdown work with Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 10?
Yes Shutdown is supported on Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 10. Microsoft still allows for a command line way of issuing a shutdown. Not sure how much longer they will expose an API, as they have created their own shutdown utility starting with Vista that is included with the operating system.
Currently Shutdown is supported on these specific versions of Windows and have been validated and are compatible.
