Why is Shutdown no longer available for download?

Unfortunately, antivirus software and browsers like Google Chrome started detecting Shutdown as potentially harmful because the program reboots a computer without warning. This is a false positive -- the software does exactly what it was designed to do. However, RJL Software is unable to distribute the software while it is being flagged by security tools.
