The Finger - How do I access the Setup?

You can do this with a command line option called "setup"

Create a shortcut to FINGER.EXE
Right-click that shortcut
Choose properties
Add the word "config" after the Target path

For example: "C:\JOKES\FINGER.EXE"  setup

Click "OK"
Be sure to add a space after FINGER.EXE the word setup
Be sure to add " " around the whole path to FINGER.EXE
