What is Time Traveler?

Time Traveler is a free, harmless prank program from RJL Software that changes the Windows system clock to a random time every 30 seconds. It runs silently in the background, continuously scrambling the clock display. The victim sees the time jumping from 3:15 PM to 8:42 AM to 11:57 PM with no explanation -- as if their computer is traveling through time.
