You will see this error when it cannot determine the file you want to save off. Save Any File works to save ONE file from a specific location on the Internet. For example, if you tell it to save https://www.rjlsoftware.com/ it will not work because it cannot save that file.
You must enter in the URL to the file you want, for example: https://www.rjlsoftware.com/download/anyimage.zip
