What is ScrollLock?

ScrollLock is a lightweight command-line utility from RJL Software that toggles the Scroll Lock key on or off. There is no user interface -- just execute the program and it performs the task instantly. It is ideal for keyboards that lack a dedicated Scroll Lock key, including many modern laptops and compact keyboards.
