How do I choose which keys to replace?

The ReplaceKeys configuration screen lets you pick any key to replace and any key to replace it with. For example, you could replace the letter "a" with "z", replace "e" with a space, or replace a letter with the Tab key. The possibilities are wide open for creative pranking.
