How does the command line launch mode work?

When you run Bomb with a program path (for example, bomb.exe "C:\Windows\notepad.exe"), it will:

• Launch the specified program normally
• Wait approximately 5 seconds
• Display the fake "Illegal Operation" error dialog

This makes it appear as though the launched program crashed shortly after opening. The launched program continues to run normally -- only the fake error dialog is displayed.
